Once you agree on location and table minimum with your E11EVEN MIAMI VIP Host, it’s time to submit your deposit! On certain event dates we ask for a 100% deposit to be paid in full in order to confirm any reservation. In these instances, nothing is held until payment is collected. The suggested method of prepayment is to use an easy payment platform called LUX DELUX. We can also coordinate a time with the Sunset Walk Team to meet in person at the venue before the day of the event to pay in full.

• There will be three separate lines on each evening; General Admission, VIP tickets, and table reservations. Please proceed to the table reservation check in line and notify a rope host you have a reservation. The rope host will escort your entire group to the podium where you will officially check in and be escorted to your table.
• A valid photo ID, credit card used for purchase, and a confirmation email from the prepay order are required for check in. The credit card must be presented at the time of check in must correspond to the credit card number and name on the credit card authorization.
• The cardholder, as specified in the table information section of the LUX DELUX order must be present at check in.
• The number of tickets allotted for each table, are listed in the table information summary. Please note that any additional guests will be charged full retail price for cover based on availability. Each table has a specific designated number of guests for the space.
• Re-entry is decided at the discretion of management. We understand at times you have to take a phone call, get some fresh air, etc. If reentry is permitted you are expected to return within a reasonable amount of time.

For the Water Park Festival weekend, we recommend you arrive by 4 pm. It is strongly suggested you arrive on time to enjoy all the layers of entertainment that E11EVEN x Sunset Walk x Rentyl Resorts has to offer. If you do not check in with the door host before your agreed-upon reservation time, the reservation may be subject to price increase and/or availability.

• From I-4 West, take Exit 64 and merge onto 192 West. Turn Left onto Inspiration Drive.

• From I-4 East to Four Corners, take Exit 6 from FL 429 North. Continue 192 East and turn Right onto Inspiration Drive
• From 429 South, take Exit 6, turn Left onto 192 East, take a Right onto Inspiration Drive.

• Complimentary Parking is included with cabana & Table reservations
• Parking starts at $20 per car for parking.
• VIP Parking starts at $30 per car for a parking.
• Designated Area for Uber/Lyft drop-off & pick-up.
• Uber/Lyft is the suggested method of transportation.

Our dress code is pool attire. No basketball shorts, team jerseys, jeans, cargos, ripped clothing, sweats, baggy swim attire, excessive chains/jewelry, dress shoes, boots, socks worn with sandals, nor images of, or any reference to drugs, or drug use is prohibited on all clothing. Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

ALL PERSONS, BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH

• Unless otherwise determined by Management, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
• All guests will be subject to a quick security check upon entry
• Men and Women are permitted personal handbags or purses. Handbags and purses are subjected to a search before entry.
• We do not allow any type of weapons or consumables.
• Medication is allowed with the proper prescription.
• Sales tax in Orlando, Florida is for 8.5%
• For your convenience, we place a recommended gratuity of 20% and a 3% admin fee.
• We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
• You are able to cancel at any time up until 48 hours before the event with incurring a 6% charge.
• Management cannot hold tables past 6pm any night.
• Tables can only be sat once the entire party has arrived.

You agree that you (1) Within the last 14 days, no one in my party have tested positive for, or been exposed to, COVID-19, (2) Within the last 48 hours, no one in my party has had experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., fever of 100.4 F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC).

Also, by purchasing you and your guests are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By entering, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold E11EVEN, Sunset Walk, Rentyl Resorts, any of its, directors, officers, employees, agents, partner, promoters, and sponsors liable for any illness or injury.
